Mon canari a un problème URGENT

Bonsoir

Ce matin en allant à la volière j’ai vu qu’un canari avait un bouton noir sur le gros doigt de la pâte.
J’ai vu qu’un autre avait ça aussi.
Je pensais à une piqûre de moustique car il y en a une TONNE ici mais je préfère demander.

Autre question : Le frontline est efficace contre les moustiques ?
