Imovec ?

Bonjour,
Vous parlez tous beaucoup d'imovec, mais à quoi ca sert au juste ?
Quand on voit la fiche descriptive du produit, ca fait un peu peur de donner ca à un ti bout d'oiseau.
C'est un vermifuge, un anti acariens, ou pour autre chose ?
C'est essentiel ?
